Holiday Highlight OR Immersion Assembly

Start your writing here: Guess what I  did in the holidays I went ten pin bowling in Panmure with my mum and my dad we played two games each.

In the first week of holidays can you guess where I went? I went ten pin Bowling with my parents!! I wanted to go first so I used ball 7. The first one I rolled went in the gutter. I got so angry  that i just picked the ball up and rolled it fast and I knocked over nine pins. Then i was happy has a monkey then I sat down waiting for my next turn.

In the second week of the holidays then me my dad went to  movies to watch pixels . We got popcorn .  Before the movie started we went into the game area to play some games then me and my dad went inside to get in our seats.

After the movies we went to the food court to have something to eat. me and my dad had lunch . I had  big Mac my dad had bacon and eggs we sat down having lunch. then after that we went home for a sleep we where so tired that we couldn't do nothing.

I felt so happy that me and my dad had some son and dad time because he is always at work.

I really liked this movie rate out 8/10 because I tuther it could've  been more good that’s why i give it an 8/10.

In the second week of the holidays i got had some breakfast went to wash my face and teeth then me my dad went to the movies to watch we went to watch ant man in 3d we got popcorn drinks even ice cream then we went into the game area to play some games then me and my dad went inside to get are sit’s.

After the movies we went to the food court to have something to eat me my dad walk to the food court I had McDonald my dad had kiwi grill I had the big Mac my dad had eggs Benedict we sit down having lunch.

felt so happy that me and my dad had some son and dad because he is always at work.

Basketball

Have you ever played basketball? Every Thursday Mr Goodwin’s maths class goes in the hall to play basketball.

The last couple  of weeks we been learning how to play basketball. The part I liked  the most was the beef B stands for balance, E stands for elbow, the other E stands for eye on the target, and the last of them is the F flow through. The F is the main one because it’s the shooting technique using you chicken leg and chicken wing the chicken wing is you arm and you chicken leg is your leg.

The last two weeks ago we played golden child. Golden child is game for two teams one shooting and one running the running team has to run around the hall and get to the other side the shooting team has to shoot the ball into the hoop if it get’s in the running team has to stop then when golden child is running and when golden child goes past the people that got stop by the shooting side then when golden child runs every one runs to get to the end.

Next time I want to play more basketball than more skills with coach Malik and Yaran.
